Buy a new one.
Can you see it in there?
It was not fun to install.
Josh did this, while I watched. And the kids did this…
Coloring on boxes is sooooo much fun!

Do you have fond memories of getting back from the grocery store with your parents in eager anticipation of opening that box of cereal that had those creepy crawly sticky things inside them?
I do. In fact, I remember being so excited when we successfully stuck them to the wall and the ceiling.
Raleigh is also excited when we allow him to throw things at the wall and ceiling. He gets even more excited when they actually stick!
Here he is patiently waiting for the sticky things to fall from the ceiling.
And here is Leah holding my phone while swaying back and forth to the “TV” that my parents got her for her birthday. Do you remember these “TVs”? You wind up one of the dials and the picture rolls across the screen while music plays and no batteries are needed.
Thanks to an Old Navy store sale that had 50% all clearance items, and a $10 off a purchase of $50 coupon. I got all of this…
…for $50.64
5 shirts for Josh, 2 scarves for me, 5 work shirts for me, 3 tank tops for me, 3 shirts for Leah and 1 pair of pants for Leah
(Non of the little boy stuff appealed to me…Sorry, Raleigh, maybe next time)
My MIL had surgery this morning on her Neck, so Josh and the kids are at his parents’ house this week. Which means that I miss these two adorable kiddos oh so much.
Deb’s surgery went really well, so well that I think she gets to come home a day early from the hospital.
1 year ago today, I got the biggest surprise of my life. A little red-headed baby girl. We named her Leah Lynn.
Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl!
I cut Raleigh’s hair the other day.
And yesterday, I put Leah’s hair in a small pony tail on top her head.
And today, after waiting 6 months, I got my hair cut.

It’s here. 2010. Now, the big question is, “How will we say 2010?”. Will we say “Twenty-Ten”, or will be be formal and say “Two Thousand and Ten” ? What do you prefer? Leave a comment and I’ll tally the total in a few days.
Yes, Leah has eight teeth that we need to keep clean now. And no, we’re not conning Raleigh into brushing her teeth for us. He did this on his own accord. He did, I swear it.
He’s still trying to smile in the picture even though his head is pounding and his nose is running.
Speaking of running noses…
Me: Raleigh, I’m so sorry that your nose is running.
Raleigh: Yes, my nose IS running. It’s running weally fast.
Me: It is? Where is it going?
Raleigh: No, it’s not going.
Me: Oh, it’s just running really fast?
Raleigh: Yes.
Me: Oh, ok. I’m still sorry.
Same day different conversation.
Raleigh: Fish!
Me: Where do you see a fish?
Raleigh: Your face is shaped like a fish (points his finger to my cheek)
Me: My face is shaped like a fish?
Raleigh: Yes.
Me: Well, I guess that’s one I’ve never heard before
