Halloween Party: The Food

I had a blast cooking food for the party. The picture below are some "candy corn wannabee" sugar cookies. Later, I dipped the top end in white chocolate and the bottom end in dark chocolat to imitate the look of cany corn. You can kind of see the finished version in the second picture below towards the back of the table.

Along with the sugar cookies, we had:
  • Piggy Peppers (jalopenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon cooked at 375 degrees for 25 minutes)
  • Olive cheese bread (monterey jack cheese mixed with mayo, butter, chopped green and black olives spread onto french bread and baked at 325 degrees for 20 minutes)
  • popcorn balls (I'm never making them again)
  • Carmel Apples (a coworker brought me some apples from his tree on Friday, they were so delicious!)
  • All different kinds of candy
  • Barbequed chicken sandwhiches
  • Stuffed Mushrooms (thanks to SweetMarySunshine, she tried a new recipe and they were so incredibly delicious)
  • Hot apple cider
  • And a veggie platter
